Loads include dimensional lumber, pallets, or packing crates free of varnish, lead paint, enamel paint, strapping, shrink wrap, shipping labels, and hardware (nails OK). Painted, treated, and stained wood OK. Loads with engineered wood (plywood, oriented strand board, particle board, engineered decking), laminated wood, or paneling will be charged at garbage rates. If a container has the words caution, warning, flammable, combustible, danger, toxic, or poison and still has product inside, it does not belong in the trash. Hazardous products not collected at the recycling and garbage facilities can be taken to the household hazardous waste facility instead.
