IN ADDITION TO THE CALENDARS/HEARINGS WHICH CURRENTLY REQUIRE IN-PERSON APPEARANCES, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024, THE KITSAP COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT WILL REQUIRE
IN-PERSON COURTROOM APPEARANCES FOR ALL MATTERS NOTED ON THE
JUDICIAL OFFICERS’ FRIDAY DEPARTMENTAL CALENDARS AT 1:30 P.M. UNLESS PRE-ARRANGED EXCEPTIONS HAVE BEEN EXPRESSLY GRANTED.

***Parties appearing for Criminal Arraignments must appear in person.***

Kitsap County Superior Court

The Superior Court is the court of general jurisdiction in Kitsap County, having original and appellate jurisdiction as authorized by the Washington State Constitution and the laws of the State of Washington.  The Superior Court is created to resolve criminal felony cases, civil cases, juvenile offender and dependency cases, family law cases including parentage matters and adoptions, private and guardianship matters, domestic violence cases, mental health cases, and appeals from the District and Municipal Courts in Kitsap County.  The Superior Court is a court of record, and is required to always be open, except on non-judicial days.

1:15 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
