The Department of Public Works charges
fees for sewer service, stormwater management, waste disposal at the Olympic View Transfer Station (OVTS) and waste disposal at the Hansville Recycling and Garbage facility. The following options are available for paying utility bills to Kitsap County Public Works. Stormwater fees, where applicable, are collected on annual property taxes.

Point and Pay Secure Website offers customers on-line balance information and the ability to pay with a check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.)
Point and Pay Convenience Fees are charged for using the website or for using payments by phone. The fee is paid directly to Point and Pay, the vendor selected to collect official Kitsap County payments.

SEWER BILLS ONLY
Sign up for the auto-pay feature and let the bank pay your sewer bill. You will still receive a regular bill in the mail with a message on the bottom indicating the date the payment will be made from your bank account.
You can download the form to your home computer! Using the link above requires Adobe Reader software to save and print. You can then type in your name, address, and other pertinent information before you print. After sending the completed form to us, you will receive a letter indicating the automatic payment plan has been established for sewer service and the date the first payment will be automatically deducted.
