Customers have the ability to pay with an electronic check or a debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and PayPal via InvoiceCloud. You can choose from the following payment methods on the InvoiceCloud payment screen.

InvoiceCloud charges a 2.95% + 1.95 convenience fee for paying by phone with any type of card (credit or debit). The fee is paid directly to Invoice Cloud, the vendor contracted to collect official Kitsap County payments. To pay with an electronic check by phone, the service fee is $1.95.

 Automatic Withdrawal Options

Twice Yearly Automatic Debit 
is now a self service option called Autopay and can be signed up through InvoiceCloud. Payment draft dates are April 30th & October 31st.

Monthly Prepayments- We have an automatic monthly prepayment plan for property taxes. Payments are pulled from your checking account on the 15th of each month. There is a $2.00 per month fee for this service. Please complete and return the Prepayment Authorization Agreement with a voided check. This option is not currently self service and must be signed up through our office with the authorization agreement. New enrollments can only be done in October-December for 1st half or March-April for 2nd half taxes. 

Cancellations- Cancelling from Twice Yearly Automatic Debit can be done through InvoiceCloud. If cancelling from the Monthly Prepayment program, it must be done in writing by submitting the ACH Cancel Request Form. It can be sent by:
