Trail access between JACKSON AVE SE and SE FIR STREET will be TEMPORARILY CLOSED APRIL 17 - 24 due to wellhead maintenance operations (Click to view map).

Features: 3 ballfields (baseball, softball and multi-use), biking trails, playground, horseshoe pits, picnic area, hiking trails, walking trails, skate park, interactive Forest Explorer Trail (adjacent to the playground), large parking lot and restrooms.

The Forest Explorer Trail is a 1/3-mile, semi-loop that features a series of stations challenging the trail user to see more, do more, and learn more. Children of all ages will learn about the forest environment, perform simple activities for exercise and movement, and develop observation skills to explore the local "NeighborWoods." Park Rules & FAQs

Restrooms: The restroom located by the skate park will be open year round. The restroom located by the playground will be closed annually for the winter season from October 1st through March 31st. Please plan accordingly when planning to visit a Kitsap County Park during the winter season.

PARK RENTAL FACILITY - SOUTH KITSAP REGIONAL PARK ATHLETIC FIELDS

Rates: $18 per hour per field*

*$25 Administrative Fee will be added to each transaction. 

Field #1:
Grass field for Soccer and Multi-Use

Field #2:
Grass field for Little League Baseball, Softball, Soccer

Field #3: 
Grass field for Little League Baseball, Softball, Soccer

No pets, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, skates or private vehicles are allowed on any County Athletic Field at any time.

Capacity: Seats approx. 48

Includes: 6 picnic tables, 1 group BBQ​

This park has two entrances.

  • The SE Lund Avenue entrance (2841 SE Lund Ave, Port Orchard) is to the skate park, batting cages, ball fields and portable restrooms.
  • The SE Marbeth Lane entrance (3101 SE Marbeth Lane, Port Orchard) is to the picnic shelter, trains (Kitsap Live Steamers), playground and restrooms.
