Features:  Lake access, swimming area, walking trails, picnic areas, BBQ, playgrounds, ball field, restrooms and life jacket kiosk. The ball field and picnic tables are first come, first served and do not require reservations.

Park Rules & FAQs

Dates Open: Kitsap County Parks Department and Key Peninsula Metropolitan Park District have a partnership which will provide public access to Horseshoe Lake Park, on a daily basis (see days below). 
OPEN DAILY from May 5th through September 30th 2018, including Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day

Restrooms: Park restrooms are closed annually for the winter season from October 1st through March 31st. Please plan accordingly when planning to visit a Kitsap County Park during the winter season.
Parking: From October 1st through March 31st the parking by the fishing pier will be closed. The general parking lot will remain open.

From Tacoma: Take Hwy 16 West to the Purdy exit, turn left at the 1st stop light, follow road across the bridge, turn right onto Sidney Rd., the park is on the right.  

From Bremerton: Take Hwy 16 East (toward Tacoma), take the Sedgwick Rd exit, turn right onto Sedgwick Rd. Come to Sidney Rd, and go left. Travel on Sidney Rd to the park. The park is on the left.
