LOT SIZE REGULATIONS IN URBAN GROWTH AREAS"
Updating Kitsap County Code is a process which includes opportunities for public dialogue to ensure the interests of all stakeholders are heard. Kitsap County appreciates the time taken by residents to participate in this code update process.
An update regarding the flexibility of maximum lot size requirements was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on June 11, 2018. This ordinance will take effect 30 days after adoption (July 11, 2018)
