Please note that the Kitsap County Department of Community Development has postponed updating vacation rental and parking area requirements to allow for additional public engagement and to develop additional alternatives.

Maximum Lot Size Requirements

Updating Kitsap County Code is a process which includes opportunities for public dialogue to ensure the interests of all stakeholders are heard. Kitsap County appreciates the time taken by residents to participate in this code update process.

An update regarding the flexibility of maximum lot size requirements will continue to the Board of County Commissioners meetings:
