Volunteers In Parks LogoThe Kitsap County Park Volunteer program is dedicated to preserving, protecting, and restoring the natural and cultural resources within Kitsap County Parks for current and future generations. Volunteers are encouraged to work as a team with the Kitsap County Parks Department to contribute to the quality of the parks, facilities, and programs that serve our entire community.

UPCOMING ​SPECIAL EVENTS

Friday, May 26th, 9am-11am - Get a jump start on the Memorial Day weekend! Come help us clean up this beautiful park and beach. Please call Lori Raymaker at 360.337.5372 to RSVP

Saturday, May 27th, 9am-12pm - Silverdale Dog Park Work Party
We need your help to maintain and clean the park up for the coming summer season. We will be moving the donation collection next to the kiosk’s new home. Trimming bushes along the fences, weed eating along fence lines, mowing the larger areas. Moving bark from the main entrance to around the roots of the trees that are protruding. Installing a new bench seat, moving a sinking bench seat. Along with many other projects.  We are completely Volunteer run and need your involvement to keep the Silverdale Dog Park available for use by the community.
