With the opening of the West Kingston Road bridge, Stillwaters Environmental Center and Kitsap County are planning a community Estuary Liberation Day celebration from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 9 at Stillwaters, located at 26059 Barber Cut Off in Kingston.  Everyone is invited to join the event that will include live music, food, recognition of project partners and guided tours of the marsh.
