​The Central Kitsap Community Council and Commissioner Ed Wolfe will continue 2017 Community Collage discussions. The meeting will feature an update on the Harrison Medical Center construction project from President David Schultz and a presentation on Native American talking sticks from local artist Lisa Stirrett with discussion on  ways that this form of art might help communicate the community's unique values and identity.
