Summer employees earn $12.83 - $16.03/hour, work 40 hours a week, and receive a higher wage each summer they return.
You'll join professional crews and perform work out in the community. We provide both formal and on-the-job training.
As long as you keep meeting employment requirements, you can work four summers without submitting another application. A number of our current full-time employees got their start with Kitsap County as summer employees.
Interviews are conducted by phone or over Skype during February, March, and April.
Most summer positions allow you to be outside all summer long.
