Salish Behavioral Health Organization Advisory Board
BOARD PURPOSE/FUNCTIONThe establishment of the Salish Behavioral Health Organization (SBHO) Advisory Board is a requirement pursuant to RCW 71.24
The Advisory Board works with the SBHO Executive Board on policy guidance and program oversight of behavioral health programs within Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties. The Advisory Board helps determine procedures for the delivery of mental health and substance use disorder services in all three counties and develops a service plan.
MEMBERS/APPOINTMENT TERMSThe Salish Behavioral Health Organization Advisory Board is composed of 17 members, 5 members from each county and 2 tribal representatives who are appointed by the Salish Behavioral Health Organizations Executive Board. At least 51 percent of its members must be consumers and/or family members of behavioral health services.

Meeting TimesMeetings are held on the first Friday of each month from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
